I've been using this spatula for everything from scrambled eggs to flipping burgers over the campfire, and it's still in perfect shape. The black walnut feels silky in my hand, and I don't worry about scratching my nonstick pans at all.
The copper accents give it a nice weight in hand, and I love that I can use it on my nonstick pans without a second thought. It's already become my go-to for stirring sauces and sautéing, and the black walnut is smooth and gorgeous.
