The tip is so precise I peeled a whole apple without breaking the skin, and it holds that edge even after a week of dirty camp cooking. My dicing went from sloppy to effortless once I got used to the lighter handle.
Been using it for all my camp meal prep and the blade holds an edge through a whole weekend of dicing onions and peeling apples. It's small enough to tuck into the cook kit but feels like a proper kitchen tool, not a flimsy pocket knife.
Pulled this out at the campsite to break down a block of cheese and some veggies for dinner, and it handled every cut cleanly without wrestling the food around. The blade holds its edge surprisingly well through a whole weekend of use.
