I can finally put these plates in the oven without worrying about cracking — the heavy-gauge steel and double enamel coating handle heat beautifully. They're lightweight enough for camping but feel substantial in hand.

The rolled edges on these plates are sturdy without being sharp, and the heavy-gauge steel really does feel like it will last for years. I’ve used them for both cold salads straight from the fridge and a hot casserole from the oven without any issues.

I was pleasantly surprised how well these plates hold up after being in the freezer then straight into a hot oven — no cracking or chipping at all. The rolled edges give them a nice, finished feel that makes me want to use them every day.
