The bold lines give it that vintage feel without being fussy, and the polished surface is surprisingly smooth to the touch. I’ve used it for searing and it handles the heat beautifully, no sticking at all.
Putting this on the grill over open flame was a revelation—the heat distribution is incredibly even, and the vintage polish really does make cleanup easier than my old cast iron.
I love how the vintage polish gives it that elegant look—makes cooking feel special. The Japanese-inspired design really helps it heat evenly, and it's held up great through multiple uses.
