Padella in Ghisa per Grigliata

I've been reaching for this pan more than my regular cast iron skillet because it's noticeably lighter, which makes flipping eggs and sautéing veggies much easier on the wrist. Slid right onto my stovetop without crowding the burners, and the shorter sides made flipping pancakes way easier than my old skillet. Cleanup was a breeze with just a quick wipe and a light oiling afterward.

This flat pan is noticeably lighter than my old cast iron skillet, making it much easier to handle when flipping pancakes. The larger, flatter surface gives me perfect even heat for searing multiple eggs at once.
