Lanternes Hurricane

The glass is thicker than I expected for the price, which gives me real confidence it’ll survive a bump on the porch. I took it out during a windy evening and the light didn’t so much as flicker once. Exactly the storm-proof character I was hoping for.

The glass is thick and sturdy, so I don't worry about it cracking when I hang it from a hook in the breeze. It kept a steady flame through a gusty evening on the porch, just like the old sailor design promises.

Took it camping last week and even when a sudden gust hit the campsite, the flame didn't even flicker — that storm-proof design really works. It's got that old sailor vibe but feels solid enough for modern use, and the light it throws is warm and steady.
