Made a big pot of chili last weekend and the enamel surface cleaned up with barely any scrubbing. The baked stainless steel trim gives it a nice finished look that works on both the camp stove and my kitchen range.

The stainless steel trim on the rim doesn't just look good—it makes pouring out pasta water so much cleaner with no drips. I've already used it for chili and a big batch of soup, and the heat distribution has been perfectly even every time.

I’ve been using this stock pot for big batches of chili and stews on the stovetop, and the hand-finished stainless steel trim feels sturdy yet refined. The boil-off rate is just right for soup—no rapid evaporation—and it transitions nicely to my camp cook kit for weekend trips.
